 Remote consultations allow you to take immediate action and make a start at resolving your health issues while simultaneously saving you the time, effort and cost of travel or problems with working hours or childcare.

This service is suitable for non-urgent health complaints, most of which are long term disturbances to your health and can be physical or emotional.

Your consultation is entirely confidential and subject to the UK Data Protection Act 1989.

We will confirm receipt of your information and give you information about the practitioner who will be looking after you.

Your payment must be received and cleared before your phone appointment / online consultation can go ahead.

We will then post to you a home testing kit, which you need to complete and return to us as soon as possible.

 

For phone consultations we will offer you a choice of dates and times, so that you can book your appointment with the practitioner.

For online consultations we will tell you when to expect the first contact from the practitioner, which may be further questions for you to answer or could be your report and recommendations.

 

1        An in depth analysis of your health and lifestyle from a natural healthcare perspective, by a registered complementary therapy practitioner.

2        A report summarising health concerns, possible contributing factors, advice about nutrition and lifestyle to support your individual problems and recommendations for change including advice about supplements, Homeopathic or Herbal treatments and Treatments that could be beneficial for you and your symptoms.

3        An opportunity to ask any questions about the report and recommendations, in the 7 days following its receipt.

 

1        Your report will include details of any heavy metal toxins or nutritional imbalances that can be identified and recommendations for correcting any issues.

(Hair analysis is performed using SCIO Bio-resonance technology, which analyses the energetic properties of the hair sample).

Babies and children up to 16 can have a remote consultation, but a responsible adult must complete the information sheet and health assessment. Children can email extra information themselves, if they wish.

Young people 17 years and over will be treated as adults for the purposes of consultations, but they may involve an adult if they wish.

If the practitioner has any personal contact with a child, the level of confidentiality will first be cleared with the responsible adult. In other words, he/she will disclose the whole content of these communications to the responsible adult, unless other arrangements are specifically agreed in writing.
