Annette Hornby  MAR, MICHT, Cert ASK, BA (Hons),MIoD Reflexologist & Kinesiologist
Systematic Kinesiology uses painless muscle testing to identify, understand and rectify any imbalances within the body. It is a complementary holistic treatment that works to understand the challenges within the body and address them.  A treatment always looks at all elements that may be affecting your health - emotions, chemical challenges (including food sensitivities), structural or energetic stresses. Once any imbalances are identified, a treatment plan is implemented specific to your requirements. This may include acupressure, firm reflex massage, flower remedies, nutritional support, emotional stress release techniques, suggested lifestyle changes and more. Kinesiology is particularly effective in dealing with energy issues, digestive problems and food sensitivities.

Reflexology can benefit people of any age or sex. A treatment will typically be on the feet, however can also be on the hands. Through working on reflex points, it helps the body release tension, eliminates toxins and stimulates the body’s natural healing mechanisms. The treatment brings about a state of relaxation, which aids both the physical body and emotional well being. Reflexology is particularly effective for stress relief, sub-fertility and through maternity and post-natal periods.

Annette holds a Diploma in Systematic Kinesiology, and Reflexology. She is also a fully qualified Maternity Reflexologist. Annette is a Member of the Association of Systematic Kinesiologists, Federation of Complementary Holistic Therapists, Association of Reflexologists and NHS Directory of Complementary Therapists.
